I will give you weekly safe and effective movement plans specifically prescribed for you and your body. You will receive the best foods to eat and what to avoid guides plus understanding and support through your wonderful journey.

With my Diploma in Faster Functional Training/ Faster Functional Therapy and GP Referral Specialist experience I have the knowledge and skills to determine which areas of the body are under more strain and which muscle groups are the causes of these strains. We can watch those aches/pains disappear safely.
